HMT provides a 6 inch (150mm) optics-grade wafer based on a single-crystal 4H-SiC Wafer, tailored for high-performance applications in artificial intelligence (AI) and augmented reality (AR). This wafer leverages the superior material properties of Silicon Carbide—such as high thermal conductivity, rigidity, and low thermal expansion—to serve as an ideal platform for critical optical components in AR devices, AI-enabled sensors, and other advanced photonic systems requiring stability and durability.
